“I am going to start from the beginning. I came out on my flight. I went to the transfer vehicle. He brought me safely to the hotel. That was all great. Everything was so clean. The doctor was very good and very kind. He started to put signs on me. Everything I explained what I wanted. He explained everything he can do. I went to the surgery and I am back. I feel so high on the medication and I didn’t feel pain. I had BBL, liposuction, and tummy tuck. I am very happy about surgeries. Thank you FlyHealth.”
Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) Techniques
There are two different techniques, namely the fat transfer and silicone filling technique. To decide on the technique to be used during the surgery, it is necessary to evaluate the demands of the person and the current anatomical structure together.
People may have different expectations for the hip area. The main problems are the low, loose appearance of the butt and the lack of clear lines. Different special surgical techniques have been developed for all these problems in Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery.
The fat transfer method is ideal if the person has enough adipose tissue for the desired image to be obtained at the end of the surgery.
During the operation performed with fat transfer, excess fat in the belly, waist circumference, and hip region is removed from the body by the liposuction method. These oils are placed under the skin to shape the butt using a special technique. In this method, while the upper legs are reduced and narrowed, a curved appearance can be obtained on the butt. No substance is used other than the person’s own oil.
Another technique is butt surgery with silicone prosthesis. Silicone prostheses can be used in cases where it is desired to create a much more upright and tighter appearance on the butt.
In addition to the plumping process, operations called butt lift and butt lift can also be applied to reduce the butt and remove sagging. In this application, incisions are made from the upper part of the hip and the abdomen, the skin is pulled and the hip area is lifted upwards. This process aimed to eliminate the collapse and churn in the butt. Fat removal applications can also be performed for hip reduction.

What is Liposuction?
Liposuction is a surgical procedure used to remove extra fat tissue and shape the body in persons who do not have weight problems such as obesity but have lubricants that cannot be eradicated by regional slimming procedures. Liposuction, often known as fat removal in people, has been one of the most commonly used aesthetic procedures in recent years. This application is particularly useful in areas with resistant lubrication and regional excesses, such as the hips, hips, belly, waist, and knees.
Liposuction is often performed by sucking and removing fat tissues that have been rendered more fluid through 1-2 mm incisions with thin and long cannulas with a diameter of 2-3 mm.
What is the Recovery Period After Liposuction?
Following the operation, specific corsets should be worn. These corsets are worn for 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the amount of adipose tissue removed and the individual’s characteristics. Edema and bruises are normal, and the condition will improve over time. The sutures are removed one week after the treatment, and the patient can return to work and normal life in one to three weeks if his overall condition is in good shape. You can resume normal exercise 3 to 4 weeks after the application.
Tummy Tuck Operation Steps
Anesthesia is the first step.
During the surgical procedures, you will be given medications to help you relax. Intravenous sedation and general anesthesia are two options. Your doctor will advise you on the best course of action.
The incision is the second step.
A thorough tummy tuck necessitates a horizontal incision between the pubic hairline and the belly button. The amount of extra skin will affect the shape and length of the incision. The underlying weaker abdominal muscles are restored once the abdominal skin is raised.
To remove extra skin in the upper abdomen, a second incision around the navel may be required.
The skin of the upper abdomen is pushed down like a window shade. Excess skin is cut away, and the remaining skin is sutured together. The belly button is given a new opening. The belly button is sutured into place after being popped through to the surface.
Closing the incisions is the third step.
The skin incisions are closed using sutures, skin adhesives, tapes, or clips.
Examine the outcomes is the fourth step.
Your tummy tuck will give you a tighter, flatter abdomen that is more proportionate to your body type and weight.
