Our range of services consists of (but is not limited to): getting the patient in touch with appropriate specialist for evaluation, treatments, handling travelrelated requirements such as, transportation, accommodation, hosting, city tours for accompanying people, etc. We also provide our patients with their own coordinators from the very start to the end. Patient coordinator is a person responsible for planning treatment and recovery until your safe return home as well as answering all after care questions. FlyHealth can also arrange accommodation for family or friends, that wish to accompany you, sightseeing trips or shopping tours.
Cost of your treatment package depends on chosen treatment and many other factors. From your first enquiry on, we will provide you with cost estimates for the proposed treatment. Once you send us your medical details: pictures, xrays, reports or test results, we will be able to provide you with an offer tailored to your situation and your needs.
Payment process consists of two parts, in order to complete your reservations you first make a small deposit payment. After your payment is complete you may book your flight tickets and arrive to chosen clinic for your treatment, before it begins, we will ask you to pay the second part of the package costs.
Most medical insurance do not cover treatment abroad, however some insurance companies will be willing to pay part of such costs. You may need to contact your insurance company to discuss details of this situation.
We offer dental treatment, hair transplant, cosmetic surgery and orthopedic surgery. If you should be interested in other treatments, please get in touch with us and we will be very happy to offer you customized solutions.

For the purpose of patients’ convenience, all of our specialists speak fluent English. If it should be necessary, in case of patients speaking other languages, we will also provide you with translation services.
