“I was pondering upon having a hair transplant surgery for over a year and was extremely sceptical having it done in any other country than trusted surgeons here in UK. While searching the web for different transplant options, I came across Fly Health and immediately realized that they were the most professional people specially Ozge who responded to all my queries and concerns on the same day. She conducted the whole booking process professionally while keeping me aware of every little detail of the treatment process. Within couple of days of my booking and paying deposit she sent me a full itinerary of the trip. She even rang me a day before my trip to reassure and confirm every step.

On 24th of January 2016, I arrived in Istanbul having greeted by taxi driver who took me to my apartment pre-booked by Fly Health. Ozge then personally took me to hospital and my FUE procedure was carried out on the same day. Dr Yetkin and his staff were professionals and put me at ease straight away. The clinic itself was neat and clean and you could see all the clinical standards were adhered to and world level medical best practices were followed. I had around 3500 grafts completed in around 8 hours of surgery having a short snack break in between. Ozge then personally took us back to our apartment and icing on cake was her buying us food on the way and offering to iron our clothes for the morning out of her own kindness. We were driven to clinic and back for next two days to get bandage removed, wash-up and further check-ups before being transferred to airport on third day. I’m into 7th day of my treatment today and all the scabs have fallen and transplanted hair look healthy and natural. No visible scars or patches on the head and I’ve come to work without my baseball cap first time today. No-body seems to have noticed any difference so far :). Overall, Fly Health has provided me an excellent service during and around treatment periods. They take care in every way they can.
